Cheesy Arugula Quiche

Ingredients:

6 cups arugula
1 cup tomato chopped
2 fresh eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded Pinkie’s Farm Kesong Puti
1 cup shredded Pinkie’s Farm Scamorza cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (9 inch) Fearless Apron ready-to-bake deep dish pie crust.

Optional:

Veal Sausage
Shublig Sausage
Hungarian Sausage
Mesquite Bacon

In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, until well combined. Add cheese, salt, pepper; mix well. Stir in arugula and tomatoes and pour into pie crust.

Bake 40 to 45 min or until firm. let cool for 5 mins
