Hot Angus Pastrami Sandwich Kit


Hot Pastrami Kit by Fearless Apron. An easy kit to make your own. It comes with 360g pastrami, rye bread, mustard, butter, and dill pickles.

Good for 2, with vaccuum-packed pastrami. Heat and assemble your own sandwich so it has that freshly-made goodness. Can stay 3 days in the fridge, unopened.


Hot Pastrami Sandwich Kit Instructions:

1. Read the directions all the way to the end so there are no surprises, and practice proper hygiene by washing our hands. Fill your pot with water and boil the water until it reaches a rolling boil. When boiling, place the packet of pastrami in the water for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the water, open the bag and put the hot pastrami on a plate.

2. While the water is boiling, slice the rye bread. You can make 1 huge sandwich or 2 smaller ones. Thickness is up to you. Spread butter on BOTH sides. It helps to soften the butter a bit.

3. Heat your skillet on medium heat. When hot, placed buttered slices of bread on it. Grill until a bit brown, then flip to the other side. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.

4. Spread mustard on the inner part of the bread. Remember to make sure the slices align properly. Layer the pastrami on the bread, as high as you want it to go. Close the sandwich. If you want, hold it firmly and slice it down the middle.
