Full cream milk, fresh from the farm, mixed with imported chocolate and sugar. Pasteurized but not UHT or homogenized because we want to minimize processing, to retain as much as the natural nutrients as possible. Because it is not homogenized, please expect separation of cream and milk and visible white blobs of cream.
