You'll need:
1/4 cup Pinkie's Farm banana milk
1 egg
5-6 slices of Old Swiss Inn mini Hokkaido bread (less if bigger slices)
2-3 tablespoons Pinkie's Farm butter
Optional: Pinkie's Farm honey for drizzling
Procedure:
First, whisk together the banana milk and egg until thoroughly combined and homogenous.
Bring a non-stick skillet to medium heat. Dip the bread slices in the milk-egg mixture and coat both sides. Then add a pat of butter to the hot pan, and when it’s melted, and the frothing subsides add the bread.
Fry until each side is golden brown, adding butter to the pan if needed.
Then afterwards, serve it with honey for drizzling over the French toast.
