Strawberry And Spinach Smoothie

You'll need:

Good for 2 servings
Cooking time: 7-10 mins

1 cup chopped spinach (stems removed)
1 cup sweet fresh strawberries (frozen or not)
1 ripe banana (frozen or not)
1 cup lemon zest yogurt
1 cup crushed iced
A dash of milk or water (if needed)


Steps (2 easy steps)

1. Place Strawberry, Banana, Spinach, Lemon zest yogurt ,and crushed ice in the blender. (You can also use kale for this recipe)

2. You can dd more ice if the smoothie is too thin or add a bit of milk or water if too thick. Then pour into two glasses and serve.
