Yogurt Custard Toast

You'll need:

2 to 3 slices of Old Swiss inn Hokkaido Milk Bread
1 Egg from Farmer Friend, Sunny Side Farms
4 TBSP Pinkie's Farm Greek yogurt
2 TSP Maple syrup or Honey (which ever you prefer, you can even add more just like what we did!)
Toppings of your choice (We used Strawberry and Chocolate chips)


1. In a small bowl, add an egg, 4 tbsp Greek yogurt and maple syrup. Whisk the custard mixture well to form a liquid custard. The custard mixture can make between 2 - 3 slices of bread. 
2. Using your fingers or the back of a spoon or fork, press into the centre of the bread to indent and create a well without cutting through. Spoon in the custard mixture into the indented well and add your toppings on top. you can also skip the toppings if you want. 
3. Cook in the air fryer or toaster oven at 180°C/350°F for 4-5 minutes (or until golden brown)
