Procedure:
All you need to do is mix in a bowl some spoonfuls of our unsweetened Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. You can add herbs and spices of your choice, but in this recipe we used dill and mint leaves from our farmer friend, Pedro Farms. Once they are all fully incorporated, spread the Greek yogurt mixture on top of your toasted bread, top with some sliced avocados and some chopped herbs like cilantros and green onions and some sesame seeds.
