You'll need:
Old Swiss Inn Pandesal
Pinkie’s Farm Kesong Puti
Pinkie’s Farm Honey
Butter
Procedure:
1. Cut the pandesal and Pinkie’s Farm kesong puti.
2. Using a non-stick pan, heat the pan. When hot, place a little butter.
3. Place the kesong puti in the pan and sear. Sear the kesong puti until golden brown. Then flip to sear the other side.
4. Remove the kesong puti and set aside.
5. Grill the pandesal slices lightly in the same pan.
6. Top the pandesal with kesong puti to make an open-faced sandwich.
7. Drizzle with honey for added sweetness.
