You'll need:
- 1 pack Swiss Inn Gourmet Deli corned beef
- 2 slices rye bread
- Pinkie's Farm scamorza
- Russian dressing
- Swiss Inn Gourmet Deli Sauerkraut
- Paprika
- Chips
Procedure:
1. Boil Swiss Inn Gourmet Deli All-Natural Corned Beef in the sealed packet for 7 mins, then remove from the sealed packet.
2. Toast or grill the bread.
3. Spread Russian dressing on two slices of rye bread.
4. Add a layer of Swiss Inn Gourmet Deli sauerkraut.
5. Layer corned beef on sauerkraut.
6. Melt Pinkie’s Farm scamorza cheese in the microwave and place it on top of the corned beef. Sprinkle it with paprika.
7. Close the sandwich. Serve with fries or chips.
