You'll need:
1 Pandesal, sliced in half
1 tbsp shredded Kesong Puti
1 tbsp shredded Scamorza Cheese
1 pcs bacon, sliced
2 tbsp tomato sauce/ tomato paste
Procedure:
Slice the pandesal in halfand place it on a plate.
Spread 1 tbsp of tomato sauce on each side.
Sprinkle the cheese and top with bacon
Transfer the pandesal in an aluminum tray and Bake it in the toaster for 2 mins or until the cheese has melted and the bacon is cooked.
Let it cool then enjoy!
